WHAT IS A 'GALLERY' THAT YOU MENTION IN YOUR COLLECTIONS?
Your wedding photographs will be housed in a confidential, password-protected gallery on my website, accessible to you, your family, and friends. This gallery doubles as a secure shopping portal, enabling you and your loved ones to order prints, cards, and choose album photos online. Simply share the password with those you'd like to grant viewing privileges to. This platform is also your gateway to retrieve your wedding day digital files. With a provided PIN for downloading, you can access your images the moment the gallery is in your hands.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD WE BOOK?
Popular dates can book up a year or more in advance, especially in summer and fall. I only take on a limited number of weddings per year so I can give each one my full attention so the sooner you reach out, the better!
HOW LONG HAVE YOU BEEN DOING THIS?
I started shooting weddings back in 2013, and I’ve been photographing them ever since. I’ve lost count of how many I’ve shot at this point!
WHAT IS YOUR PAYMENT SCHEDULE
To secure your date, a booking fee or retainer of $500 Is required. Following that, the final installment will be due four weeks ahead of the big day. I'll ensure you receive timely email reminders for your payments. My goal is to simplify the process for you, recognizing the myriad of tasks you're juggling!
HOW FAR ARE YOU WILLING TO TRAVEL FOR MY WEDDING?
For love, I will travel to the end of the world... no really, let me travel! I will be there! Travel fees apply. ;)
I'M READY TO BOOK. NOW WHAT?
In order to reserve a date with Megan Jones, 50% of your package price is due up front as a retainer along with the signed contract. The remaining 50% + any relevant travel fees are due 2 weeks before your session date. All paperwork and payments can be done online for your convenience! To begin the process, just email Megan with your availability!
